How do I list my property?

It’s easy to list your property for lease on BowlGameRentals.com.  Here’s how:

1. Click on “list a home” and fill out the form with information we need to list your home.
2. Click “Continue” and provide credit card payment information on our secure server.
3. Once your credit card is approved, we will publish your listing on our site.

How do I get in touch with those interested in renting my property/service?

Each listing will have a contact form that allows a prospective renter to learn more.  When the form is filled out by a prospective renter, we will send their contact information to you via email.  You can then follow up with them at your convenience.

How do I ensure my property is not damaged?

While BowlGameRentals is not responsible for damages to your home, we recommend the following:

1. Require a hefty security deposit.  We recommend a security deposit equal to 50% of the cost of the rental to protect your property.  This is provides a very strong incentive for the tenant to treat your property in a respectable manner.
2. Talk to your insurance agent to find out if your homeowners / renters insurance covers damages incurred by guests.
3. Remove any items that you feel are too valuable to risk

Do you screen potential renters?

Think of us as a matchmaker rather than a realtor. When someone requests information, we send their info to YOU and allow you to follow up with them directly. You get paid directly from the renter. You may also be comforted by keeping in mind that people who are able to pay $5-10k to rent a home for the week are not typically the party crowd. They are often executives who take their families to the game.

The good news is that you can qualify and screen potential renters in whatever manner you wish. Again, we do not determine who you rent your place to - we just send their info to you so you can follow up with them as you see fit.
